''Our team at Dearborn Family Pet Care has completed our specialist training with Compassion Understood to become accredited in end of life and pet loss support for our clients and patients.  This training helped us to better understand what our clients go through during this difficult time and gave us a tremendous amount of information and materials to help our clients and our patients. The training also includes a section on compassion fatigue.  Compassion Fatigue is extremely important for our profession to be aware of and to know how to combat. Compassion Understood combines video with testimonials and professional information along with written modules to enhance our learning.   Each module is set up to complete in a very comfortable length of time and at the end of the modules there are a number of questions to make sure you understood what you have learned.  This education model sets you up to succeed, and our entire team passed with flying colors.  We are excited to put what we learned into practice and look forward to helping our clients and patients through this very emotional time''
